About No Where To Go
No Where To Go is a free 3D space flight game that you play in your web browser. You fly a spaceship along an endless path through space, past asteroid fields, planets, comets and black holes. No download and no account needed.
Play No Where To GoThe idea
There is nowhere you have to be. The ship keeps moving and the universe keeps unfolding around it. Some players treat it as an asteroid game: a test of reflexes as the speed climbs and the gaps between rocks get tighter. Others put on headphones and treat it as a relaxing space game, letting the music play and watching worlds drift past. Both ways of playing are the point.
The game is single-player and made for any length of session: a two-minute flight while waiting for something, or a long, quiet drift through the dark.
What you'll find out there
- Asteroid fields: tumbling rocks of every size. Collisions between them send new pieces your way.
- Planets: generated worlds, some with rings and moons, drifting past in the distance.
- Comets: several kinds, with glowing, flowing tails.
- Space stations and satellites: man-made structures with working lights.
- Black holes and wormholes: far-off black holes bend the starlight; now and then a wormhole opens ahead of the ship.
- A discovery log: a record of everything you have passed on your flights.
Each flight puts the scenery together anew, so what you meet, and where, changes from one flight to the next.
Five spaceships
Choose your ship before you fly. Each has its own shape, engines and navigation lights, and its own collision shape, so a slimmer ship really does slip through tighter gaps.
Fighter
A sleek jet with five glowing engine nozzles.
Courier
A slim, fast runner built for long hauls between stations.
Interceptor
Swept wings and twin engines, sharp and aggressive.
Scout
A small, nimble explorer.
Explorer
The classic long-range ship.
Sound and music
The soundtrack is generated as you play: slow pads, bells, drones and piano in several styles, from the dark, slow Deep Drift to the brighter Starlight. Engine sound, flight sound and music each have their own volume, and everything can be switched off.
